Martin Morrissey
Founder and Managing Director
Martin provides extensive experience in marketing, advertising and design gathered from 33 years in the industry including;

- 10 years with London advertising agencies working with clients such as Peugeot, Phillip Morris International, Marlboro, The Conservative Party and Stanley Tools. Plus a wide range of clients in the Industrial and Pharmaceutical markets.

- As founder and CEO of the Ace Group, 15 years in design and pre-press working with clients in Transport; The launch of Eurostar, British Rail, Thames Trains. Automotive; Seat. Retail; M&S, The Body Shop and Burtons. Utilities; Southern Water.

After an mbo with the Ace Group in 1994, Martin worked with a number of regional advertising and design agencies as a Business Development Consultant until 1998 when he founded ECM.


Jonathan Phillips
Account Director
Jonathan is a specialist in new business development, strategic marketing and business planning with more than twelve years experience in corporate, SME and business to business environments.

Over the years Jonathan has worked with organisations such as Oxford University, the BBC, IBM, Shell and Serco; offering strategic advice on business and marketing related issues.

With a strong background in market research, lead generation, direct marketing and information management, coupled with expertise in new media marketing such as Search Engine Optimisation, Viral Marketing and Web Solutions; Jonathan offers a completely integrated marketing perspective.


David Darrah
Account Director
After many years in business-to-business sales and marketing, consultancy and training, working with clients such as American Express, Axa, MasterCard, Hewlett Packard, MGN, Reuters, Schlumberger and Distillers. David brings a wealth of experience to the team  


Anna Kaminski
Account Manager
A marketing graduate, specialising in marketing research, Anna is experienced in quantitative marketing research (CATI, CAPI, B2B, B2C projects) working on behalf of clients such as: Procter and Gamble, British American Tobacco, Phillip Morris, Longview Solutions, AC Nielsen Bases and Microsoft. She has been responsible for various direct marketing campaigns including direct mail and telemarketing, i.e. telesales, lead generation, appointment setting, data validation and others. She has also been responsible for the utilisation, management and sale of commercial databases. Working closely with both Martin and Tony, Anna will be responsible for liaison and project management.


Adrian Harris
Accountant
Having qualified in 1995, in all Adrian brings 26 years of experience in accountancy, working within many industry sectors including Manufacturing, Computer & Peripheral Distribution, Local Commercial Radio, Education and Charity. Some of these accounting roles have included linking with colleagues and clients in several European countries. Adrian is keen to help in the company's growth and his interests fit well with the Marketing world, a sector that is of great interest to him.


Tony Styles
Creative Director
As much a creative strategist as an art director and writer, Tony has been involved for many years with top brand names both fmcg and business-to-business. Working with some of the top agencies in London, his through the line experience, has enabled him to factor a highly creative response in developing effective communication campaigns and programmes from initial Brief development to successful conclusion. As with all at ecm, he is a believer in utilising all available market intelligence in developing relevant, highly focussed briefs and interpreting them into attractive, memorable, well targeted advertising (above and below the line) that gets results and achieves brand recognition with increased sales.


Jo Barnard
Copywriter
Jo loves a new challenge - and it shows in her writing, which is always fresh, genuine and compelling. She has spent seven years building up an impressive portfolio of work that covers diverse projects for many industries (including IT & other technology, design & marketing agencies, education, finance, property, health and the public & voluntary sectors). Jo is comfortable writing everything from a glossy corporate or product brochure to a simple direct mail sales letter, and says her broad experience allows her to apply her writing skills with speed and confidence to new products, services and industries.
